Cooperatives receive support to strengthen their businesses through board development, resource development, member recruitment; to marketing, managerial and day-to-day operational assistance. The ASAC does this through needs assessment, strategic planning, leadership training and skills enhancement to be more effective in their localized business objectives and their statement of regional impact.
